The crew

Julio's Landscape TX started in 2021, helping West Houston neighbors with their yards. The rule hasn't changed since: one job at a time, finished the way it was quoted, by the same people who quoted it.

Julio picks up the phone and comes out to the job. Quotes, scheduling and the final walk-through go through him, in English or Spanish, and the crew that plants your beds in March is the same one edging them in July.

The way we work

What to expect from us

Local, not a franchise: We're based in West Houston. We live with the same heat, the same clay and the same storm season you do, and we plan yards for it.
English or Spanish: English and Spanish on the phone, on site and in your quote, without you having to ask.
Same crew, every visit: Regular customers get a set day and the same faces. Nobody new figuring out your gate latch every week.
We clean up: We haul off our debris, blow off the driveway and leave clean edges along the lawn. Your yard looks finished, not half done.

How we quote

Text a few photos or call. Simple jobs are priced from the photos; design work, patios and walkways need a visit to measure. The quote fits on one page: a price for each item, what it includes and a start date. If your HOA or village reviews yard changes, the drawing and plant list come with it so you can turn them in. Where we work

The six Memorial Villages, Memorial, the Energy Corridor and Spring Branch on the Houston side; Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and Cypress to the west. In the Memorial Villages that means large, wooded lots; in Katy, HOA neighborhoods and new construction.

About the crew

Who will actually be in my yard?

Julio and our crew. On a regular plan, you get the same crew on a set day. On bigger jobs, Julio's on site for the layout, the first day and the final walk-through, and you can reach him by phone in between. Everything is done by our own crew.

Do you work on commercial properties?

We work on homes: for homeowners, for builders and remodelers finishing houses, and for realtors getting them ready to sell. A small office or retail lot near our routes can work if the job is something we already do. Large commercial contracts and HOA common areas aren't what we're set up for, and we'll tell you so.

Do you have insurance?

Ask us and we'll tell you exactly what coverage we carry, and send the paperwork before any work starts. We'd rather answer that question straight than put a badge on a website. Builders and property managers can ask for the same documents.

What if something goes wrong on a job?

We fix it before we invoice. A cracked sprinkler head, a scuffed fence board, a paver that sinks: tell us and we'll come back. If you're on a maintenance plan, you have Julio's number, and a text with a photo is the quickest way to get something looked at.

How do I know you'll show up?

When we schedule, you get a day and a time window, plus a text if weather or a sod delivery moves it. Our clients on a regular plan are the proof: the same yards, the same crew, on a set day, all year round.
