- One pallet covers about 450 square feet; a 5,000 to 8,000 square foot lot takes 10 to 18 pallets, laid 24 to 72 hours after final grade.
- Front yard package
- Foundation beds with 8 to 12 shrubs, steel edging, hardwood mulch, sod to the curb.
- Walkways and rock
- Paver front walk or decorative rock strips on a compacted base, to your plan.
- Trees
- Two 30-gallon trees planted and staked per the plat or the ARC requirement.
- Post-construction cleanup
- Yard raked, driveway and sidewalk pressure-washed, debris hauled.
- Not included
- Sprinkler systems. Get your irrigation sub in before our sod date; we work around the heads.

We walk the yard with the homeowner, leave the watering plan, and stay reachable through the three weeks of rooting.

What purchasing managers and supers ask
01How soon after final grade can you lay sod?
24 to 72 hours after your final grade date, weather permitting. We schedule off your calendar, so send us the grade date when you release the lot and we'll hold the crew. In spring, lead time on the order stretches to four to six weeks, so release spring lots early.
02Do you install irrigation?
No. We don't build sprinkler systems, so get your irrigation sub in before our sod date. We lay sod around the heads and set the sprinkler timer with the homeowner at the final walk-through. Everything else in the yard, from grade to sod, beds and the front walk, is ours.
03Can you match the ARC landscape requirement on the plat?
Yes. Katy communities specify tree counts, sizes and sometimes species for new construction; we read the requirement, plant to it and give the homeowner the plan for their records. In the Memorial Villages we check the city tree ordinance for the address before any tree goes in or out.
04How do you price repeat lots?
The package price holds across lots in the same community and season. Only lot-specific extras change, like extra pallets on an oversized lot or a longer walkway. Every quote comes in the same format, so your budget line stays predictable and invoices are easy to match.
05Who do I actually talk to?
