The six services
Every service on this list is done by our own crew. That's why the list is short, and why the crew that plants your beds is the same one mowing your lawn in July. We work in West Houston, the Memorial Villages, Katy and Fulshear (77024, 77079, 77494, 77441).
Lawn care and maintenance
Weekly from March to October, every other week from November to February. Mowing, edging, trimming, weeding the beds, leaf cleanup and blowing off the driveway. Priced by lot size, from $65 per visit; large, wooded lots have their own plan.
Mulch and flower beds
Bed cleanup and fresh mulch twice a year, seasonal planting and new beds cut into the lawn. Hardwood, cedar or dyed mulch from $115 per cubic yard, delivered and spread; bed cleanup with fresh mulch from $165 per bed.
Landscape design and installation
A drawn plan, foundation beds, plants picked for sun or shade, edging and mulch, installed in phases. In Katy, that plan doubles as the drawing for your ARC paperwork.
Sod installation
St. Augustine, Bermuda and Zoysia on a leveled yard, with the prep priced separately and a written watering schedule.
Paver patios, walkways and decorative rock
Patios, walkways and pool decks on a compacted base; gravel and river rock where grass won't grow.
Tree trimming and pruning
Raising low limbs, cutting out dead branches, clearing the roof and hurricane prep for shade and ornamental trees, with oaks trimmed outside oak wilt season.
Questions about how we work
01Do you do all of this yourselves?
Yes. All six services are done by our own crew, which is why the list stops at six. We don't do sprinkler systems, tree removal, drainage that needs a pump or fence staining; when your yard needs one of those, we'll tell you and refer you to someone who does it well.
02Can I combine services in one visit?
That's the usual way. A maintenance client adds bed cleanup and fresh mulch in spring; a sod job comes with beds and a walkway, done in phases. You get one quote with a price for each item, and one crew. Combining also saves the trip charge small stand-alone jobs carry, so it costs you less.
03Where can I see your prices?
Each service comes with starting prices and what they include, and our landscaping cost guide lists them all with typical job ranges. The final price comes after a free on-site estimate, because slope and access change the work. We answer within 1 hour · free quote today.
04Do you serve my area?
The six Memorial Villages, Memorial, the Energy Corridor and Spring Branch in Houston; Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and Cypress to the west. If your address is just outside those areas, text the street to 832-968-0346 and we'll confirm whether it's on our route.
05Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Julio and the crew speak English and Spanish on the phone and on site. You can call or text in either language, and your written quote comes in whichever language you prefer, so nothing about the price or the work gets lost in translation.
